This role is critical to driving end-to-end technology project success, from business analysis through implementation, support, and continuous enhancement-delivering operational efficiency and enabling investor engagement through enterprise platforms like Salesforce and integrated fintech tools. The ideal candidate will possess deep domain knowledge in financial services, particularly alternative investments, and will have a proven track record of delivering Salesforce-driven solutions that align with the complex workflows of investor relations, deal management, and LP onboarding. The role requires excellent stakeholder management, strong technical aptitude, and a product mindset to guide cross-functional teams and external vendors toward strategic outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary liaison between investment, investor relations, and technology teams, translating complex business needs into actionable requirements and technical specifications. Lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, and functional design for CRM and investor platforms, with a focus on Salesforce ecosystem customization and data workflows. Manage full lifecycle technology initiatives-including planning, development, user acceptance testing, deployment, and adoption tracking. Drive CRM reporting and analytics initiatives leveraging tools such as Salesforce Reports, Power BI, or Tableau, enabling investor insights and operational transparency. Oversee day-to-day application support while balancing ongoing enhancement projects and integration workstreams. Coach and mentor junior analysts, fostering strong delivery standards and business partnership. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation around business processes, systems architecture, and functional capabilities. Technology Experience: 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in an Administrator or Product Owner capacity; deep familiarity with Salesforce configuration, Flows, Process Builder, Apex, and custom objects. Strong background in investor-facing technologies such as Cvent, Seismic, Loopio, FIS DDX, Anduin, or equivalent investor portals and marketing automation tools. Experience designing and deploying API-based integrations using REST/GraphQL, with tools like Postman or similar platforms. Exposure to integration platforms (iPaaS) such as Workato, Mulesoft, Zapier, or Boomi is a plus. Experience managing Agile SDLC processes, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and QA coordination (offshore team leadership preferred). Familiarity with SQL and data transformation pipelines in support of custom reporting and system integrations. Knowledge of AI/ML technologies for business process automation or advanced analytics is a bonus. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; a Master's in Finance or Technology is preferred. 7+ years of experience in product management, business systems, or enterprise software delivery-preferably within buy-side financial services, private equity, or alternative asset management. Deep understanding of investor onboarding, capital raising workflows, and alternative investment CRMs. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with experience working directly with senior business users and executives. Prior experience in consulting or client-facing technology roles is strongly preferred.
