Join Our Team as an Electro-Mechanical Technician! Do you enjoy diagnosing and solving mechanical and electrical issues? We want to meet you! As an Electro-Mechanical Technician, you will be essential in ensuring our production runs smoothly. You'll work directly with various equipment and systems, including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, servo, and PC-based systems, while also assisting with general building maintenance. Role Overview This is a full-time, hourly position on the night shift, with no travel required. Education & Experience Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or a similar field preferred, but relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Conducting preventative maintenance to ensure equipment runs efficiently. Troubleshooting and repairing equipment when issues arise. Installing and commissioning new equipment. Running conduit, installing cable trays, and pulling cables and wires. Installing and maintaining electrical drives, motors, and control systems. Troubleshooting and programming PLCs. Replacing and installing lighting fixtures and lamps. Performing general building maintenance tasks. Completing additional duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For Strong troubleshooting skills and manual dexterity. Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints. Solid electrical and mechanical knowledge, including AC, DC, low voltage, and 480V equipment. Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting. Comfortable working at heights with ladders and aerial platforms. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Basic computer skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team. A strong sense of urgency and attention to detail. Work Schedule Regular shift: Night shift, Sunday-Thursday, 10 pm - 6 am. Initial training will take place during the first 120 days on the day shift, Monday-Friday, 6 am - 2 pm. Some overtime and weekend work may be required. Why Join Us?
