Summary:
Join Meta as a dynamic and results-driven Software Engineering Manager. We are on the lookout for an individual who is passionate about leading teams to drive innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee a talented team of software engineers to deliver exceptional products and solutions. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to spearhead technical innovation. Develop and execute technical strategies aligned with business objectives. Foster a culture of continuous learning, growth, and improvement within the team. Minimum Qualifications: Proven experience in recruiting and managing technical teams, with a focus on performance management. 12+ years of software engineering experience, or a PhD with 8 years, including experience in technical management. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience). At least 2 years of experience managing other managers and over 5 years managing technical teams. Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience in technical management in building large-scale distributed systems. Public Compensation:
$213,000/year to $293,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits. Industry:
