Providing administration support for Versatile Finance Kiosks and Ashley Digital Kiosks. Supporting Lexmark printers, including firmware upgrades and contract management. Providing software support for HOMES system and related printers. Creating accounts and supporting software for D365 ECM system. Required Qualifications: 3-5 years of IT experience. Proficiency in Server OS, Azure, Intune, Networking, and Mobile Device Management. Experience troubleshooting hardware like credit card machines and iPads. Education: Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or 5 years of equivalent experience. Work Environment: Office-based position with occasional retail store travel.
