REMOTE ROLE FOR CANDIDATES LOCATED ANYWHERE IN THE EASTERN OR CENTRAL TIME ZONES OF NORTH AMERICA We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Quality & Profiling Analyst to become an integral part of our team! DataCatalyst is a mid-sized global consulting firm that specializes in Data Management, Monetization, and Governance. We are looking for full-time consultants who are business and technology savvy and interested in joining an exceptional team of innovators who successfully deliver value for our clients. Responsibilities include: Analyzing and deciphering data using statistical techniques Performing data analytics, evaluating data quality, and identifying trends or patterns Driving data best practices and promoting data as an asset Participating in data analysis and designing data and mapping requirements Collaborating with SMEs and business representatives to understand data and resolve discrepancies Working with cross-functional teams to cleanse data and provide missing data Developing and testing migration rules and user test cases Collecting business requirements through interviews and discussions Documenting requirements, processes, and use-cases Writing, executing, and debugging SQL queries for data validation Using industry profiling tools like SAP Information Steward Creating data scorecards and mapping inbound data feeds Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, information management, or statistics 2-3 years of data management experience Knowledge of data profiling tools and analytical methods Experience with SQL or similar querying languages Strong interpersonal and communication skills Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Business Intelligence and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, OBIEE, Looker, Business Objects, QlikView) is a plus Ability to work independently and under pressure Understanding of master data management and data governance Attention to detail Remote work capability within the East Coast What We Offer: Growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding company Competitive compensation with performance-based rewards Benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off Supportive and engaging colleagues Skill development and career progression Flexible work arrangements #J-18808-Ljbffr
