Senior .NET Developer with Angular - Remote, PA This resource should have a strong Microsoft .NET development background with extensive experience using Visual Studio 2022 or higher, C#, , .NET 8 or higher, Angular 18 or higher, Blazor, and Oracle. The position requires the ability to design and build new web-based applications that adhere to the Conservation and Environment Delivery Center coding standards. Must have: 10+ years of hands-on software development experience. Hands-on .NET 8 experience. 2+ years' experience preferred. Hands-on experience with Angular and related technologies. At least 4 years building frontend with Angular 18+ preferred. Experience in building and consuming WebAPIs. 5+ years preferred. Good understanding of API documentation. Good understanding of OAuth. Experience integrating with third-party services, especially payment processing. Deep understanding of Entity Framework and LINQ. Experience with Oracle database development and tuning. Proven experience in designing user interfaces, with samples if available. Experience leveraging Azure DevOps for development activities. Knowledge in creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, using PowerShell scripts. Hands-on experience with Git. Understanding of unit testing methodologies. Experience working directly with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong technical documentation skills, including experience with Visio. Nice to have: Experience with .NET 8 or higher. Experience with Angular 18+ or thorough understanding of Angular ecosystem. Experience with Oracle database. Familiarity with Razor pages and CSHTML. Knowledge of modern CSS frameworks. Understanding of Dependency Injection. Experience with AutoMapper or similar tools. Experience with PowerShell scripting. Basic understanding of GIS concepts. Exposure to code scan tools like Veracode or AppScan. Experience in modernizing legacy applications.
