We are looking for a skilled AWS Cloud Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will design and develop effective solutions for intricate application issues and deployment challenges, guiding your evolution from a Coder to a DevOps Master.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with development teams to effectively host applications on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud platforms.
Translate architectural designs into actionable deployment strategies.
Implement modern containerized applications utilizing ECS, Azure Container Services, and Kubernetes.
Conduct quality assurance assessments of new and existing software products.
Qualifications:
Proficient in Terraform, Chef, Puppet, and Cloud Formation.
Minimum of AWS SysOps Associate certification; AWS DevOps Professional preferred.
5+ years of technical experience with at least 2 years focused on public cloud solutions, specifically AWS.
Strong background in Linux/Unix Administration.
2-3 years experience in setting up DevOps using AWS components.
1+ years hands-on experience with AWS Infrastructure services.
In-depth knowledge of AWS Components, including EC2, ELB, EMR, S3, along with CLI and API scripting (Bash/Shell, Python, Javascript).
Experience with container orchestration technologies such as ECS, EKS, Kubernetes.
Proficient in writing scripts using YAML and/or JSON.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automated build processes using CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
Strong skills in automating cloud infrastructure, preferably using Cloud Formation or Terraform.
Exceptional troubleshooting and critical thinking abilities.
Adept at prioritizing and multitasking, with a keen attention to deadlines and details.
