For detailed pay discussions, please connect with your recruiter. We are seeking a Senior .NET Application Developer for a full-time position with our client in Baltimore, MD. This role requires candidates to work on-site 3 days a week with the flexibility of 2 days of remote work. Please note that in the near future, the client may require candidates to be onsite full-time. The salary for this position is $95K annually, accompanied by additional benefits, which include: $250 monthly contribution towards medical expenses 80 hours (10 days) of paid vacation Job Purpose:

This role focuses on leading the development of web applications using Vue.js, TypeScript, .NET, and C#. You will guide custom web development throughout the entire project life cycle, encompassing application architecture, design, user interface layout, database design/programming, and .NET development. Successful candidates will possess strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing innovative solutions to challenges. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business partners and database developers to build robust .NET Web and Web API solutions that fulfill business requirements. Interpret ongoing business application requirements and create appropriate deliverables. Document and support deployed .NET solutions effectively. Design underlying database structures to be utilized within web applications. Ensure the accuracy and validity of all software developed through sample test data preparation and comprehensive testing. Investigate application issues and make informed decisions to rectify problems. Support analytics infrastructure and ensure compliance with industry best practices. Contribute to the enterprise-wide application architecture and integration planning. Mentor development team members to enhance their technical skills. Create and maintain both technical and functional documentation. Work alongside the Quality Assurance team to ensure quality deliverables. Communicate processes and tasks clearly to non-technical business associates. Research and propose new technologies to drive innovation within the team. Qualifications: Expertise in Microsoft/.NET Full-stack development with C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Windows Server, and IIS. Proficient with .NET Core and MVC frameworks. Experience with AWS is a plus. Proficient in Bootstrap-Vue, Vue.js, or similar JavaScript libraries. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 and Dapper ORM. Experience in Service-Oriented Architectures and advanced SQL with a capability to write T-SQL code. Familiar with latest technologies including RESTful Services. Experienced in using Jira and Bitbucket, with a solid understanding of GIT. Ability to design and develop Object-Oriented Programming solutions. Strong desire and capacity to learn new technologies and methodologies. Effective interpretation of report requests to develop automated solutions.
