Description: For this project, we are forming a team of 6 (including 1 team lead) to perform the following scope of works: (i) Security Risk Assessment (ii) Security Policies, Standards, Guidelines, And Procedures Review (iii) Security Design (iv) Application Security (v) Vulnerability assessment and (vi) System Security Acceptance Testing We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing cybersecurity projects. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity consultant to deliver assessments, designs, and advisory services in alignment with defined scope and project requirements Conduct comprehensive security risk assessments across ICT systems, cloud environments, IoT, OT, DevOps pipelines, and third-party services Develop and review security policies, standards, and procedures in accordance with industry best practices (e.g., NIST, CIS) and government guidelines Perform in-depth application security assessments, including threat modeling, secure coding reviews, and evaluation of DevSecOps pipelines and tools Oversee vulnerability assessments, analyze scan results, and recommend risk-based remediation actions Define and execute System Security Acceptance Testing (SSAT), including threat simulation, results analysis, and mitigation planning Lead and evaluate cloud security architecture and risk posture across public, private, and hybrid cloud service Handle any related tasks as required to fulfill the scope of work Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent. 5-8 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, with a focus on areas in Risk assessment, Security Design and Cloud Security Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and standards, including NIST, and ISO 27001, etc. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and act tactically Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
