As a Licensed Clinical Therapist / Independent Licensed Therapist, you will be responsible for treating a diverse range of mental health conditions faced by our patients. Your role will include delivering comprehensive behavioral and mental health treatments such as individual and group therapy, medication management, and intensive outpatient programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop strong partnerships with patients and coordinate care with external providers.
Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and manage ongoing medication needs.
Enhance the training experience for graduate students participating in our programs.
Assess and screen patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders.
Utilize evidence-based therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy, to treat various mental health issues.
Monitor treatment responses and manage clinical symptoms or side effects through consistent tracking.
Represent our practice through community presentations and educational lectures.
Maintain accurate electronic medical records and clinical documentation using Athena, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field.
Active, unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in the state where you will practice.
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of professional social work or clinical experience following your Master's degree.
Experience offering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
Proficiency with computer programs for professional communication and medical documentation, including Excel, Outlook, and Athena RMS (or similar EHR systems).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with ease.
The salary range for this role is $59,500 to $116,600 annually based on full-time employment, with compensation influenced by various factors such as local labor markets, education, and work experience.
