We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Solutions Architect to enhance our team.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in ServiceNow Architecture and Integration, with a significant emphasis on IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules. This pivotal role involves designing scalable, efficient solutions that optimize IT operations, automation, and service delivery across our enterprise clientele. Reporting directly to the Senior Director and Practice Leader, you will play a key role in consulting engagements with both existing and potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SecOps, and custom applications.
Lead the development of the ServiceNow roadmap and establish governance standards for platform usage.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution architecture aligned with enterprise strategies.
Create and update architectural diagrams, data models, and integration blueprints.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and administrators on best practices.
Elicit and evaluate new features, plugins, and integrate recommendations for adoption.
Ensure platform security, compliance, performance, and scalability through meticulous design.
Oversee complex integrations with third-party systems utilizing APIs, MID servers, and IntegrationHub.
Facilitate design review sessions to ensure development consistency with architectural standards.
Manage upgrades and maintain backward compatibility of customizations and integrations.
Collaborate with ServiceNow product managers, business analysts, and enterprise architects.
Engage with Account Teams regarding technical matters related to the ServiceNow platform.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
7+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including at least 3 years as an Architect.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least one module (ITSM or ITOM; HRSD not applicable at this time).
Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and processes.
Experience with AI/ML capabilities within ServiceNow (e.g., Predictive Intelligence).
Proven track record in ServiceNow application development, scripting, and workflows.
Experience in designing and integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems (e.g., Active Directory, CMDB, Monitoring Tools, HR Systems).
Deep knowledge of platform architecture, MID servers, ACLs, and service portal design.
Exceptional customer engagement skills and the ability to influence senior executives.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
Familiarity with Agile or DevOps methodologies.
Experience integrating external AI/ML capabilities into ServiceNow.
Knowledge of ITOM integrations with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
ITIL v3 or v4 Certification is a plus.
Wage Range:
The annual starting salary for this position is between $93,750 - $137,500. Starting pay may vary based on geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. Benefits:
