IT Project Manager (Banking Applications)

Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, from planning through execution to completion. Maintain project timelines, monitor key deliverables, and ensure tasks are completed as scheduled. Prepare and update presentation materials for weekly status meetings with stakeholders. Facilitate daily stand-ups and regular check-ins to align with business and technology teams. Identify project risks and issues, recommend mitigation plans, and escalate when necessary. Track and manage IT budgets, ensuring financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate implementation activities, including cut-over planning and run-book preparation. Ensure adherence to internal governance and compliance standards. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the Wealth Management or Banking sector. Proven experience managing complex projects with strong skills in planning, execution, and risk management. Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams. Experience with Avaloq systems is an advantage. PMP certification or equivalent is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
