The Program Management role will be responsible for the execution of Logistics and Sustainment contracts within the Tactical Data Links family of programs, which will support our domestic and international customers as well as the standup of regional depots. This position has the responsibility for the leadership and management oversight of a project team assuring that project’s financials, schedule, and technical objectives are met and that the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved while meeting all contractual commitments. Candidates for this role should have a demonstrated history of successfully supporting products both in and out of production, FMS contracts and familiar with Depot activation.
The candidate must be able to work effectively and collaboratively with Engineering, Operations, and all Program Office functional leadership to assure deliveries continue to exceed customer commitments and achievement of financial commitments to the company. Manages, coordinates, plans, organizes, controls, integrates, and executes projects for Repair of hardware within the Tactical Data Links portfolio. Participates in the support of new business and in the development of proposals.
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
Ensure compliance with company processes, government regulations, and customer contracts. Lead the execution of aftermarket repair programs, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of customer requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer engagements, including program status updates, performance reviews, and issue resolution. There may be up to 25% travel, including international. Act as the primary point of contact between suppliers, and key customer stakeholders. Manage program budgets, forecasts, and earned value metrics, with full responsibility for financial and operational performance. Develop and execute a strategy to grow both domestic and international Depot business opportunities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and develop executable Statements of Work (SOWs) for proposal pricing. Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills while interfacing with program team members, company personnel, suppliers, and customers. Bachelor's degree with 8 years related experience. Detailed knowledge of the defense aerospace market and experience working with US Navy program offices, or other Armed Services Program offices. Successful, proven past performance in leading and managing multi-discipline project teams. The ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Expertise in project management, earned value management, risk management, and supply chain & subcontract management. Strong presentation and organizational skills. Excellent executive presence and communication skills, including oral presentations and written correspondence. Experience in the development and production of high reliability electronics. Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in aftermarket, sustainment, or repair services. Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, or Business Administration. Program Management Professional (PMP) certification. Strong business development and sales skills, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic relationships. Expertise working with international customers and navigating cultural differences. Experience in business case development, analysis, and presentation. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards (e.g., ITAR, FAR). Strong understanding of organic-based Depot support facilities.
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $150370 - $255630

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
