Oracle ERP Manager
NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a highly respected financial services organization in downtown Dallas, seeking an Oracle ERP Manager to lead and support their enterprise financial systems. This is a full-time opportunity offering a 4-day in-office / 1-day remote hybrid schedule, competitive compensation, and excellent visibility across both IT and Finance leadership.
In this role, you will lead a team of four and serve as a key liaison between technology and business functions, ensuring the stability, performance, and optimization of the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, HCM, and EPM suite. You'll oversee system configuration, upgrades, risk management processes, vendor partnerships, and project execution. Ideal candidates will bring 7+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and a proven track record of managing ERP environments in complex, multi-entity organizations.
