Key Responsibilities: Architect and develop large-scale distributed data systems that serve as the foundation of our seller analytics platform. Lead organization-wide data solutions that prioritize consistency, reliability, and accessibility across applications. Establish federated data architectures and standardized data models for a variety of use cases, from real-time UI dashboards to advanced ML models. Build robust data pipelines, implement quality frameworks, and design efficient scaling data access patterns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand varied data requirements and deliver high-quality, available solutions. Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve our data infrastructure and mentor junior engineers on best practices in data engineering. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of professional software development experience. 2+ years of experience in design or architecture of systems focused on reliability and scaling. Proficient in at least one programming language. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Experience with the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
