Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Front-End Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will help create efficient, engaging, and high-quality web applications. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and enhance mobile and desktop web applications. Create efficient and reusable front-end systems for complex web apps. Implement features and user interfaces that enhance product performance. Collaborate with Product Designers, Managers, and Engineers to create user-centric products. Troubleshoot and optimize performance and scalability issues. Analyze data and resolve diverse problems using sound judgment and effective techniques. Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field. Two years of experience in a computer-related occupation or similar role. Proficient in building web applications using JavaScript, including concepts like asynchronous programming, closures, types, and ES6. Experience with HTML and CSS, including layout, specificity, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility. Familiarity with Browser APIs and optimizing front-end performance. Front-end development experience using frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular. Strong debugging and benchmarking skills. Experience writing code for User Interface components. Knowledge of codebase tools, linting, and formatting. Compensation: Public Compensation: $180,382/year to $200,200/year + bonus + equity + benefits.
