CACI is currently looking for a Technical Business Analyst/Kanban Scrum Master to join our BEAGLE (Border Enforcement Applications for Government Leading-Edge Information Technology) Agile Solution Factory (ASF) Team supporting Customs and Border Protection (CBP) client located in Northern Virginia! Join this passionate team of industry-leading individuals supporting the best practices in Agile Software Development for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). As a member of the BEAGLE ASF Team, you will support the men and women charged with safeguarding the American people and enhancing the Nation's safety, security, and prosperity. CBP agents and officers are on the front lines, every day, protecting our national security by combining customs, immigration, border security, and agricultural protection into one coordinated and supportive activity. ASF programs thrive in a culture of innovation and are constantly seeking individuals who can bring creative ideas to solve complex problems, both technical and procedural at the team and portfolio levels. The ability to be adaptable and to work constructively with a technically diverse and geographically separated team is crucial. The ideal candidates have both strong business analysis skills and technical project facilitation experience. They will interface with client personnel and use oral and written communications skills to develop great working relationships with stakeholders including customer Product Owners. This position is responsible for ensuring that all assigned work activities are performed in a timely and cost-effective manner while maintaining the highest quality of performance. Responsibilities

Providing servant leadership style support to team - personify the ASF approach Facilitate positive team dynamics to help maximize team performance Identify and remove impediments to help protect the team from outside influences, which could otherwise interfere with the team's ability to deliver Leads, directs and reviews the work of a team who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments. Review and evaluate work done by development team to ensure proper scope has been met. Possess both an understanding of real-world mission/business objectives and a working grasp of software development practices and technologies. Serve as the focal point for the capture, analysis, and management of functional and non-functional systems requirements. Work collaboratively with the Product Owner and external stakeholders, as well as the product development team to ensure the customer needs are being met. Work with and coordinate with feature team Scrum Masters for cross team efforts Participate and prepare Release Backlog for Production Support team in Integrated Release Planning Clearly communicate and document business needs to a development team in the form of user stories and as needed compile business process flows and/or diagrams. Gain technical understanding of application and back-end processes in order to monitor, track and document Production support issues as they arise. Qualifications

Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass CBP background investigation, criteria include but are not limited to: 3 year check for felony convictions, 1 year check for illegal drug use, 1 year check for misconduct such as theft or fraud Professional Experience: at least seven (7) years related experience; particularly working on government contracts College degree (B.S. or greater) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience participating in a high performing, highly engaged and motivated CM team Solid experience and technical understanding of incremental software development projects Understanding of all elements of the software development life cycle Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong communication skills and work ethic; self-starter Desired: Various application development experience Experience supporting Federal government project Experience supporting modernization, cloud, initiatives Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas Experience analyzing data and data relationships across an organization's business areas. Working knowledge of all elements of the software development life cycle, including planning, development, requirements management, CM, quality assurance, and release management. Developing business processes, capability needs, and business requirements. Strong skills with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, Visio) and Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence) Bonus would be having: Certified Product Owner, Software development background, Certified Business Analysis Professional, Advanced SM certifications What you can expect: A culture of integrity.
