Job Description Salary: 37,000-40,000 Administrative Coordinator APPLE and UPWARD BOUND the Administrative Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the APPLE and Upward Bound projects. This role ensures compliance with grant requirements by maintaining accurate and organized program records and databases. The coordinator will manage office logistics, assist with program communications, and oversee support staff. High school diploma required; bachelors degree preferred. Maintain all program paper and electronic files in accordance with federal grant guidelines. Implement and monitor a comprehensive plan to track project alumni. Maintain inventory of program and office supplies; reorder as needed. Coordinate all program communications, including mailings, social media updates, email campaigns, and website content. Design, print, and distribute program forms and materials for academic year and summer sessions Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
