As a part of our Health Store and Tech team, you will: Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions that cater to business requirements and customer needs. Lead technical projects from conception through deployment, making critical architecture and implementation decisions. Engage in the full software development lifecycle, covering requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Technical Program Managers, and other engineering teams. Mentor junior engineers and enhance team technical practices. Write high-quality, well-tested code following best coding practices. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the creation of technical documentation. Drive operational excellence through proactive monitoring and continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications: Basic: 3+ years of professional software development experience. 2+ years of design or architecture experience with systems. Proficiency in at least one programming language. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. 3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including knowledge of software engineering best practices. Experience with distributed systems and service-oriented architecture. Familiarity with AWS services and cloud computing. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaborative skills. Benefits:
