Genesis10 is seeking an
Information Technology Project Manager
with enterprise ERP system and integration experience for a permanent position with a manufacturing client in St. Paul, MN. This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days on-site. Reports to:
Director of Enterprise Systems Job Overview:
Our client is experiencing rapid growth in their IT organization, focusing on strategic technology initiatives. The Project Manager will develop and oversee project plans, coordinate with portfolio owners, and serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, providing enterprise-wide project status updates to senior management. Responsibilities and Duties:
Create and manage project plans in collaboration with portfolio leaders. Manage assigned IT projects to adhere to schedules and scope. Develop, maintain, and revise project proposals including objectives, technologies, timelines, and budgets. Set and monitor project milestones; adjust plans as needed for unforeseen delays. Implement communication plans and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Analyze and summarize project information for status reports. Utilize project management software effectively. Perform additional duties as assigned. Travel approximately 10% as required. Required Experience:
ERP implementation planning experience. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies. Knowledge of IT procedures and practices such as ITIL, ITSM, SDLC. Proficiency with relevant applications, software, and hardware. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to motivate both business and IT professionals for successful project outcomes. Additional Experience:
Enterprise-level ERP project management. DevOps experience. Salesforce integration experience (preferred). Microsoft Project or similar tools. Experience with program/project roll-up for a holistic IT view. Experience in infrastructure and/or application domains (preferred). Compensation:
