Mentor State personnel with technical knowledge transfer, training, and documentation. Monitor and improve performance of replacement software. Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience with C#, Core, Entity Framework. 2+ years of experience in an Agile/Scrum environment. Preferred Skills & Qualifications 2+ years recent experience with .NET 5+, VueJS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, SQL Server, IIS, SOA/Microservices, DevOps (CI/CD), monitoring/observability platforms.
