We are on the lookout for a talented Software Development Engineer (SDE) to join our ambitious team. You will play a critical role in a large-scale, multi-year enterprise software initiative aimed at redefining contact routing for Amazon Customer Service, thereby ensuring a seamless support experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage in the design and implementation of advanced contact center systems based on our next-generation routing technology.
Utilize Generative AI and Machine Learning to optimize intents and routing signals while maintaining customer journey data.
Collaborate cross-functionally to take innovative products from concept to customer release.
Contribute to high-quality software delivery within an agile framework.
Participate in on-call rotations to support our services.
Utilize methodologies such as SCRUM, test-driven development, and continuous deployment to ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications:
Basic:
3+ years of professional software development experience; 2+ years of design or architecture experience for new and existing systems; proficient in at least one programming language. Preferred:
3+ years of experience in the full software development lifecycle including coding standards and operations; a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
