Job Description Location: Dallas, TX; Chicago, IL; Boulder, CO; Detroit, MI Full Time Interview Mode: In-Person The candidate will undergo both virtual and onsite training. Flexibility to relocate across the USA and learn new technologies is required. Job Summary: Work within a focused, dynamic, and agile division that emphasizes customer-centric principles and deliverables. Support new and startup engagements. Provide strategic direction, architecture design, and support the build-out and hiring of new teams in key accounts and regions. Lead architecture projects through execution phases, managing internal, client, and third-party vendor teams. Engage with clients at various maturity levels, including CxO, to lead innovation and strategy development. Understand and define client architecture, identifying opportunities for transformation. Lead architecture definitions for major transformation projects within clients. Technical Skills: 5+ years in software development with experience in Spring/Java, Ruby/Rails, Go, messaging systems (RabbitMQ/AMQP, JMS), RDBMS, NoSQL, Hadoop. Understanding of cloud application design principles (e.g., ). Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Concourse, GoCD, CircleCI, Artifactory, GitHub/GitLab. Proficiency with build tools such as Maven, Gradle, Bundler. Knowledge of Agile delivery principles. Familiarity with Netflix OSS services like Eureka, Hystrix, Ribbon, Zuul. Understanding of DevOps tools like Chef, Puppet, Kubernetes, Docker, Heroku, BOSH. Broad awareness of industry trends in software development, cloud platforms, and data management. Experience with systems monitoring and analytics tools like New Relic, Nagios, Splunk, VMware vCOPS. Proven experience with PaaS offerings such as Cloud Foundry, Heroku, Elastic Beanstalk. Expertise in Java or .Net / AngularJS, ReactJS, NodeJS. Willingness to learn new technologies and develop a full-stack skill set. Understanding of Cloud Native architecture. Experience with Cloud Foundry platforms like Pivotal, Azure, or IBM Bluemix is a plus. Exposure to Extreme Programming disciplines such as TDD or Pair Programming is desirable. Additional Information Position Summary: Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job specifications. Develop and maintain a network of contacts to source qualified candidates. Review applications and conduct interviews. Negotiate employment offers. Track candidate activity and provide recruitment status updates. Skills should be equivalent to 3-5 years in a similar role.
