Job Responsibilities: Support the client's DMZ network operations and maintain core network infrastructure. Manage and resolve incidents, coordinating with cross-functional teams (e.g., cloud teams) to meet SLAs. Perform fault analysis, resolve issues, update configurations, and optimize performance. Maintain documentation and operational best practices, ensuring alignment with security policies and standards. Job Requirements: Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience with strong knowledge of cloud networking and network infrastructure. AWS operational experience (System Administrator or Cloud Engineer). AWS certifications (Cloud Practitioner, SysOps Admin Associate, or Solutions Architect Associate) preferred. Advanced Networking (Specialty) is a plus. Hands-on knowledge of firewall, switches, routers, DNS, DHCP, NTP, TCP/IP networking. Certifications like CCNA, ITIL are advantageous. Skilled in diagnosing and troubleshooting network access issues. Prior experience in defence or government agencies requiring security clearance is beneficial. Strong communication skills-both written and verbal. #J-18808-Ljbffr
