Responsibilities

This position is responsible for the design, deployment and troubleshooting of Enterprise IT systems and solutions.

Perform research, troubleshoot, and provide resolution to complex issues for new system technologies, on prem and cloud-based, in physical and virtual deployments. Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions Take a leadership role in the development and implementation of project plans, risk assessments and contingency plans. Develop sophisticated system standards and recommend improvements to enhance performance. Define and document best practices and support procedures. Ability to work independently on day-to-day work tasks Assist with hardware, software, and vendor evaluation. Carry out special tasks at Management's direction Interact with staff and other peer groups at the technical level, as required. Other duties as assigned. Serve as a point of contact and lead to junior team members Qualifications

Associate's degree in computer science or related area is required; a bachelor's degree preferred. 5 years of related work experience preferred Microsoft Certifications (MCSE) or equivalent certification in relevant programs desired. Knowledge of Microsoft Application Servers and technologies. Microsoft modern management experience. Experience in Identity Management, such as MIM or Okta Experience in deployments and rollouts of new technologies is a plus. An understanding of core networking, operating systems and troubleshooting concepts. Group Policy design and configuration is a plus. Active Directory/LDAP user and group administration. At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $55,631 - $98,467. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
