What You'll Do

This casual position provides vital administrative and frontline support, contributing to the daily coordination of a federally funded program that offers Spanish-language instruction and GED® preparation for adult learners. Reporting to the HEP Manager, the Administrative Assistant will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure effective delivery of services and streamlined program functions.
Who We Are Looking For
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the HEP team and manager. Manage program data entry and tracking using internal systems. Process purchasing requests, track inventory, and maintain office supplies. Support the distribution and tracking of student stipends. Assist with scheduling staff meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting notes. Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for program forms and documents. Help coordinate events, workshops, and student engagement activities. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including students, staff, and partners.
