Join our innovative Business Applications team as a Senior Business Systems Analyst! This is an exciting opportunity to support our dynamic New Service Introduction (NSI) team at Zoom. In this role, you will collaborate with Product Managers to gather and analyze business requirements, driving solutions that enhance customer adoption of our products.
About the Team:
Our team is dedicated to enabling new service offerings through system changes, making it easier to introduce exciting products across direct, channel, and online markets. You will work closely with various teams, including product management, sales, finance, billing, and pricing. Your Responsibilities: Build strong relationships as a Subject Matter Expert and advisor on new product sales processes, including Lead to Cash, Subscription Billing, and User Licensing. Lead partnerships for Product Launches to identify needs and gather system change requirements while collaborating with Sales Ops, Enablement, Finance, and FP&A. Transform cross-functional business requirements into functional designs, user stories, and process flows. Design and deliver comprehensive solutions across CPQ, Billing, Provisioning, Accounts Receivable, and Subscription systems. Define and manage integration flows across Salesforce, Zuora, Oracle ERP, and related platforms. Oversee the testing lifecycle, including UAT planning, issue resolution, and stakeholder approval, ensuring high-quality releases. Work with our Engineering technology teams to articulate functional requirements, process flow diagrams, and actionable tasks in an agile environment. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or equivalent. 12-15 years of experience in business systems analysis and/or solution architecture. Extensive knowledge of Lead-to-Cash, Subscription Billing, and Quote-to-Cash processes. Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Zuora, and/or Oracle Financials. Proficient in collaborating with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and testers to achieve end-to-end solutions. Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and Lucidchart. Strong proficiency in SQL and process modeling (UML, swim lanes, wireframes). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Compensation:
Salary Range: $124,000 - $271,200. Note: Compensation is determined based on qualifications and experience, and our location-based structure may affect the range for candidates in specific areas.
