More information is available at . Description We are looking for a Solutions Architect - Video Services to join the Harmonic Sales Team. You will report to the Sr. Director, Pre-Sales & Solution Architecture. This position is remote, based anywhere in the US East Coast. What You Will Be Doing Act as a technical evangelist for Harmonic's cloud native broadcast, OTT, contribution, and distribution solutions, influencing technical decision makers in strategic accounts. Work closely with account teams to position solutions through presentations, demos, RFI/RFP responses, design, and architecture, including system design and pricing. Lead technical proposals to meet sales goals. Collaborate with Harmonic and partner vendors to design solutions meeting customer needs. Configure and test hardware and software products, including third-party equipment, for demos and proofs of concept. What You Should Have Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent. Minimum 3 years in cloud technologies, 5 years in video experience. Strong communication skills; fluent English required. Interest in customer relations, initiative, reactivity. Experience with virtualization & cloud solutions in IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, DevOps. Broad knowledge in cloud deployment, virtualization, networking, video compression, stream processing, servers & storage. Expertise in OTT, CDN, SSAI, and related technologies. Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking, troubleshooting. Ability to lead system integration projects, with autonomy and analytical skills. Good interpersonal, organizational, and team-building skills. Experience in technical documentation, whitepapers, system specs. Willingness to travel about 50%. Pay & Benefits Estimated base salary: $135,000 - $155,000, varies by market, location, and qualifications.
