Project Manager (IT/Cybersecurity Projects)

Job Title: Project Manager (IT/Cybersecurity Projects) Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Information Technology / Cybersecurity About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. This is a functional role , ideal for someone with experience in managing or supporting IT or cybersecurity-related projects. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage end-to-end delivery of IT or cybersecurity-related projects Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource needs Track project milestones and deliverables, and maintain project documentation Work closely with technical teams to monitor progress and flag potential risks Work closely with all customer-facing Fortinet functions, including sales, operations, order management, support to coordinate activities Determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project Accurately forecasts revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization Conduct regular project updates, reporting to stakeholders Assist in stakeholder communication and vendor coordination Ensure projects adhere to internal governance and compliance standards Requirements 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or project management Exposure to IT projects or cybersecurity initiatives (internships or hands-on experience welcomed) Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills Basic understanding of IT or cybersecurity concepts is a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Project or ChangePoint is advantageous Nice to Have Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies (or currently pursuing) Experience working in cross-functional teams or with third-party vendors #J-18808-Ljbffr
