You will perform in-depth data analysis and error analysis to enhance models, ensuring data is accurate and consistent. Your work in developing and deploying cutting-edge machine learning models will enhance our products and services. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis:
Extract and interpret meaningful insights from complex datasets to support strategic decision-making. Model Development:
Create, develop, and train machine learning models using diverse algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning techniques. Agentic Workflows:
Implement agentic workflows employing AI agents for autonomous task execution, improving operational efficiency. RAG Techniques:
Utilize retrieval-augmented generation patterns to enhance the performance of language models. Model Fine-Tuning:
Adapt pre-trained models for specific tasks to ensure optimal performance. Data Preparation:
Clean and preprocess data, handling missing values and outliers to maintain high-quality inputs for models. Model Deployment:
Deploy and monitor AI models in production, making necessary adjustments to sustain accuracy and effectiveness. Collaboration:
Work alongside cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into current systems. Research & Development:
Stay updated with the latest trends in AI and machine learning to refine existing models and develop new methodologies. Documentation:
Prepare comprehensive documentation and effectively communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders. Mentoring:
Guide and mentor newer data scientists, fostering skill development within the team. Business Partnership:
Collaborate with business and technology teams to create ML models that enhance performance metrics and achieve business objectives. Qualifications: Education:
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Experience:
Minimum of 6 years as a data scientist, preferably in healthcare, with flexibility for candidates from other industries. Technical Skills:
Expert in Python and R, with experience in frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch. Statistical Analysis:
Strong understanding of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms. Data Management:
Proficient with SQL, NoSQL databases, and ETL processes. Visualization Tools:
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Cloud Platforms:
Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, or Azure AI Studio preferred. NLP and Computer Vision:
