Position Summary: We're looking for a strategic and curious Data Scientist to help us unlock insights across our Fleet Solutions offerings. You'll work cross-functionally to analyze customer behavior, forecast trends, optimize pricing and promotions, and support smarter decisions across the business. If you're the person who loves to dig for insights and Key Responsibilities Data Modeling & Analysis: Build models to understand usage trends, customer churn, lifetime value, and reseller/channel performance Campaign Insights: Measure the impact of promotions, pricing changes, and onboarding strategies, and recommend next moves Sales & Growth Analytics: Partner with business development to identify growth opportunities Customer Segmentation: Develop profiles to better understand and target different user types Forecasting & Planning: Create predictive models for fuel usage, savings impact, and customer growth Data Infrastructure Support: Help shape the tools and processes used to collect, clean, and visualize our data Reporting: Build dashboards and recurring reports that are clear, actionable, and executive-ready Collaboration: Work with stakeholders across sales, marketing, ops, and tech to align on metrics and priorities Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a similar role Proficient in SQL, Python and/or R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Strong grasp of statistical modeling, forecasting, and A/B testing Comfortable working with imperfect data and creating clarity from complexity Ability to clearly communicate technical results to non-technical stakeholders Excited by the idea of building something new, not just optimizing what already exists Why Join Us?
