As a Field Applications Engineer, you will be an essential part of our team, providing invaluable technical expertise and solutions across various industries. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure our customers are empowered to meet their objectives efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Act as the technical authority, aiding pre-sales efforts through product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution design. Work in partnership with sales teams to grasp customer needs, pinpoint suitable technical solutions, and assist in sealing deals. Offer post-sales technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of our test and measurement solutions. Directly engage with customers to resolve technical issues, providing tailored recommendations based on your extensive product expertise. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to showcase best practices and help customers make the most out of their equipment. Serve as a vital link between customers and our internal teams, sharing feedback to influence product development and enhancements. Keep abreast of the latest trends in test and measurement technologies and the relevant industry landscape. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical area. Demonstrated experience in technical support, field applications, or engineering roles, preferably within the test and measurement sector. Robust technical knowledge of test and measurement instruments such as oscilloscopes and power supplies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with customers and cross-functional teams. Proven problem-solving abilities and the independence to tackle technical challenges. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for customer visits, onsite support, and participation in industry events. A genuine enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies and evolving customer needs. The salary range for this position, including incentives and commissions, is $117,400 - $218,000.
