Power Platform and Data Analytics Developer Washington D.C. Power Platform & Data Analytics Developer Location: Remote | Clearance: Active Secret Clearance required Business Unit: Enterprise Services Group Data Systems Analysts, Inc. (DSA) is seeking a Power Platform & Data Analytics Developer to join our mission-driven team supporting a U.S. Army customer. This hybrid role combines low-code Power Platform development with data analytics, modeling, and dashboarding. Candidates must hold an active DoD Secret clearance . Position Overview As a Power Platform & Data Analytics Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and deploying data-centric solutions within the Army 365 and Advana environments. Your work will empower leadership to make informed decisions using intuitive dashboards, automated workflows, and structured datasets. This role requires strong skills in Power Apps , Power BI , SQL , ETL , and data storytelling . Key Responsibilities Build low-code/no-code solutions using Power Apps , Power Automate , and Power BI within the Army 365 and Advana environments. Develop dashboards and visualizations that enable decision-making and provide insight into operational performance. Create and maintain data models in Power BI and Dataverse , ensuring scalability and performance. Design and support ETL pipelines to transform and load data from disparate systems into centralized repositories. Write DAX formulas and SQL queries to support advanced metrics and calculations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into actionable digital solutions. Participate in Agile Scrum processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Support user training, documentation, and data storytelling to drive adoption and clarity. Required Qualifications U.S. Citizen with active DoD Secret Clearance Highly proficient in: Power Apps , Power Automate Power BI , including DAX and dashboard development SQL for querying and data modeling ETL processes and tools Experience working with SharePoint Online and Dataverse Solid understanding of requirements gathering , customer engagement, and user experience principles Excellent communication and documentation skills COMPTIA Security+ (preferred at hire; must be obtained within 90 days) CE certification relevant to Power Platform or Power BI (required within 90 days) Desired Qualifications Experience with: Army Vantage or Advana Data warehousing or data lake environments HTML/JSON or REST APIs Model-Driven Apps Familiarity with: Agile/Scrum methodologies Developing reference materials , user guides, and training content Data storytelling and effective visual communication Clearance Requirement Active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
