Job Description | IT Operations Engineer - Application Team Engineer Purpose: Coordinate incident management, troubleshoot problems, conduct root cause analysis, and support system improvements. Collaborate with teams to deliver technical training and ensure the smooth operation of critical applications. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Provide L2 support for application issues, diagnose root causes, and implement resolutions. Coordinate L3 support with resolver groups (e.g., Software Engineers). Collaborate with Service Managers to deliver technical support, troubleshoot incidents and problems with existing applications by analyzing system logs and performance data in collaboration with Software Engineers. Monitor performance and proactively identify problem areas such as software bugs, misconfigurations, and bottlenecks. Support quality assurance testing phases on new applications to ensure they meet industry standards for functionality and usability. Conduct root cause analyses for recurring issues, identify, and implement long-term fixes. Advise Software Engineers to correct errors and modify existing software as needed. Interact with Corporate Systems regarding system performance and resolve relevant technical issues. Create reports and dashboards for applications and vendors for management review. Support Corporate Systems teams by creating training materials and knowledge articles. Handle autogenerated batch tickets and incoming tickets from end users. #J-18808-Ljbffr
