Job Description (Hybrid/Onsite) Sunrise, FL We are looking for a hybrid Salesforce Developer with expertise to join our team! Seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years of Salesforce Development experience. Please note, we are not looking to relocate candidates at this time. Must have work eligibility here in the U.S. as we are not able to sponsor at this time. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement Salesforce-based solutions, including customization, configuration, and integration with other systems. Conduct thorough system assessments, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for enhancements or optimizations. Promote the company's technology brand through creative thinking, and constantly raise the bar of what is possible. Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce product releases, new features, and industry trends to provide strategic recommendations for system enhancements and improvements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent; corresponding field experience in lieu of a degree will be considered. Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and expertise with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex development. Proven track record of multiple end-to-end greenfield implementations based on a Salesforce platform. Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce-based solutions, including customization, configuration, and integration with third-party systems. Knowledge of emerging trends and ability to contribute to and influence best practices within discipline. Experience in data migration and integration tools such as MuleSoft is a huge plus. Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Salesforce Certified Application Architect, are highly desirable. Knowledge and proven experience in development, design, and delivery of business solutions built on the platform, expertise in all aspects of 2GP managed packages, Sales and Service Cloud, and various technology stacks outside of to support integrations and other Salesforce ecosystem managed packages. Familiarity with various integration patterns and experience building highly scalable integrations with various systems using MuleSoft or other middleware technologies. Strong experience in implementation of Lightning Framework, Lightning Components, Lightning AppBuilder, Lightning Design System. Excellent technical writing skills in solution illustration, proposal, and contract writing. Excellent problem-solving skills in articulation of complex problems and solutions in a simple, visual, and impactful manner. #J-18808-Ljbffr
