Position Description ENSCO Inc is a diverse engineering and technology company that offers engineering, science, and advanced technology solutions to ensure mission success, safety, and security for governments and private industries worldwide. The Mission Systems Group (MSG) is currently supporting the Operational Test and Training Infrastructure (OTTI) program office with cybersecurity, engineering, and support staff. The Space Systems Command (SSC) OTTI program office manages the integration and synchronization of acquisition, development, and sustainment of test and training systems, delivering capabilities to the United States Space Force. This includes distributed and enterprise-wide test and training systems to maintain combat readiness. ENSCO is seeking an OTTI Cybersecurity Engineer to support our Space Force client and existing DT&T workforce. The candidate must be local to Colorado Springs, CO, with the ability to work both in the office and at customer sites as needed. Responsibilities Support the OTTI cybersecurity team, advising on cyber requirements and IT integration for training tool suites from kickoff through transition to sustainment. Engage with Space Force mission partners and engineers to ensure cybersecurity projects and requirements are met and exceeded. Assist the OTTI program office alongside senior project managers and the ENSCO team. Act as liaison and lead to OTTI, creating and maintaining ATO packages. Support eMASS efforts, including vulnerability scans for training systems at various classification levels (unclassified, Secret, Top Secret, SAP). Contribute to systems engineering and integration of cyber-relevant capabilities into Space Force's OTTI training systems. Qualifications Required Minimum 3 years of experience with Air Force/Space Force IT/Cyber programs. At least 5 years in planning, documenting, and resolving security and cybersecurity issues on ground systems software or hardware. AA/BA/BS degree. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Strong work ethic, detail-oriented, and well-organized. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Current CISSP and Security+ certifications. Current 8140 IAM/IAT Level II or higher certification. An active SECRET security clearance and ability to obtain TS-SCI clearance and SAP, requiring U.S. citizenship. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Space Force PMO programs and mission-critical networks. Advanced degrees in IT or Cybersecurity. Current Top Secret security clearance.
