System Analyst

Responsibilities - Lead a team of developers, managing the system development, implementation, and support of Cards-related applications on the mainframe platform. - Understand and contribute to the technical solution from design through coding. - Collaborate closely with business users on change requests, analyzing and reviewing enhancements for compatibility and adherence to operating guidelines. - Develop solutions and estimates for all business requirements and change requests. - Lead project and change request teams to implement solutions that meet business needs and align with organizational objectives. - Work with vendors on estimations, high-level solutions, and end-to-end functional deliveries. - Act as a hands-on manager to guide the development team on functional and technical issues, including modifying existing programs when required. - Ensure project documentation complies with bank standards. - Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve application and system issues. - Adhere to standards and procedures during development to ensure quality deliverables. - Execute tasks related to projects, change requests, and maintenance requests. - Support SIT and UAT by addressing issues and queries. - Collaborate with SAs on SIT and UAT defect triage and resolution. - Work with business teams on parameter setup and provide guidance. - Recommend and implement process improvements. - Partner with testing teams to review test strategies and clarify business requirements. - Troubleshoot, debug, and provide support for production systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
