We are seeking a Lead Technical Architect to spearhead our frontend and full-stack development initiatives. In this dynamic role, you will:
Design and implement a robust web architecture using React, Node.js, and JavaScript while integrating seamlessly with ERP systems and AWS components.
Establish and enforce frontend development standards, ensuring alignment across various teams.
Transform user experiences and mentor senior engineers to foster technical excellence.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address supply chain technology challenges by developing and maintaining ERP extensions and customizations.
Drive complex programs from conception to completion, prioritizing effective teamwork, communication, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
Architect and lead the development of large-scale frontend applications with React.js and JavaScript. Influence technical decisions for frontend architecture across multiple projects. Establish best practices and architectural patterns for frontend development. Mentor senior engineers and promote frontend technical excellence across teams. Work with UX/UI teams to ensure optimal design system implementation. Drive performance optimization and maintain accessibility standards. Conduct system design reviews and oversee architecture governance. Your typical day may involve: Leading architecture review sessions for frontend projects. Designing complex state management solutions. Mentoring on React best practices. Reviewing and approving significant frontend architectural decisions. Guiding teams through technical challenges in implementation. Evaluating and integrating new frontend technologies. Establishing strategies for performance monitoring and optimization. Facilitating problem-solving discussions for complex UI challenges. Basic Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years in frontend architecture. Expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and React.js. Strong experience with RESTful APIs, JSON Web Tokens, and frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, ESBuild). Proficient with version control systems, especially Git. Experience in developing and implementing enterprise-level web applications and ERP systems. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP) and GraphQL. Experience using DynamoDB. Proven track record of leading and mentoring technical teams. Knowledge of Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) and web performance optimization. Advanced understanding of modern frontend architectures and design patterns. Experience with enterprise-level ERP system customizations and extensions. Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
