Job Title Senior Business Analyst Job Description Summary We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Business Analyst to join our Multi-Market Advisory Solutions team, supporting occupier-focused brokerage professionals across all markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is passionate about enabling strategic decision-making through insights, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Brokerage Support & Business Development Assist Brokerage Team and Regional Lead in the research, data validation, and creation of business profiles, one-pagers, and other client-facing materials. Support pursuit strategy by researching and organizing critical information for opportunities to support executive decision making. Data Management & Insights Collect, cleanse, and validate real estate portfolio data from clients and internal systems. Submit and manage data through Triana and BI platforms; ensure accuracy and consistency across systems. Partner with brokers to develop and present actionable insights via dashboards and visualizations. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with the Operations Director and Regional Lead to track and report on key brokerage pursuits. Collaborate with the TDS Lead to evaluate and implement emerging technologies that enhance team performance and client delivery. Process Improvement & Innovation Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve data quality and reporting processes. Contribute to the development of best practices and scalable solutions for multi-market occupier engagements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst, operations, or data-focused role-preferably in commercial real estate or professional services. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment. Preferred Skills Familiarity with commercial real estate terminology and occupier services. Experience supporting sales or brokerage teams in a matrixed organization. Comfort with data visualization and storytelling through dashboards. Exceptional critical thinking and research skills. Experience and skill with cross-functional teams and working collaboratively with diverse internal and external stakeholders and vendors. Exceptional organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
