Join our dynamic team as a Senior Software Development Engineer in Annapurna Labs!
In this role, you will lead a talented technical team that plays a crucial role in ensuring compute sanitization for the Neuron ML accelerators fleet. Collaborating closely with hardware and software teams, you will develop the essential tools required to identify defects and faulty hardware states before they impact our customers. The Neuron Compute Sanitizer Tools team is responsible for maintaining a pre-check and functional correctness checking suite, while also providing fleet-level visibility to monitor hardware and software sanitization trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership to the Compute Sanitization team.
Work collaboratively with hardware and firmware design teams.
Gather requirements from multiple teams, including training, inference, and runtime.
Partner with the runtime team to ensure timely delivery of pre-check tools.
Proactively anticipate future needs based on the product roadmap and develop necessary tools for compute sanitization.

About Amazon Annapurna Labs:
The Amazon Annapurna Labs team is at the forefront of innovation in silicon and software for AWS customers. Our team encompasses various disciplines, driving advancements in high-performance machine learning and cloud infrastructure with products like AWS Neuron, Inferentia, Trainium, and Graviton.
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of engineering experience.
10+ years of experience in planning, designing, developing, and delivering consumer software solutions.
Proven experience partnering with product or program management teams.
Experience as a technical lead for a large engineering group.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience designing and developing large-scale, high-traffic applications.
Familiarity with ML hardware and software.
