At Monte Nido RainRock, we specialize in residential treatment for adults battling Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and Exercise Addiction. Our holistic approach emphasizes restoring physiological and nutritional balance, promoting healthy eating and exercise habits, eliminating harmful behaviors, and fostering motivation for treatment engagement. We aim to help each client gain a comprehensive understanding of their disorder and the necessary steps towards personal recovery.
We are currently looking for a dedicated
Mental Health Counselor
to join our multi-disciplinary treatment team in our Springfield program. Full-time; Tuesday-Saturday schedule! Total Rewards:

Key Responsibilities: Provide individual, group, and family therapy Act as a liaison with families and outpatient providers Engage with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management Participate in discharge and aftercare planning Provide therapeutic meal support while modeling a healthy relationship with food Offer safe, empathetic, and affirming care tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and identities Qualifications: Master's degree in clinical counseling or a related discipline, at minimum State license (or license-eligible) in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC) Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is a plus Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices Become part of our compassionate team and help change lives today!
