What You Will Do: Plan, install, test, administer, maintain, and implement various mainframe network-related software including VTAM, TCPIP, FTP, SFTP, and more. Troubleshoot, resolve, and document system issues proactively. Engage with clients and support their mainframe network environments, participating in discussions as needed. Coordinate with ITIL processes for Change and Problem Management. Ensure system performance and availability in accordance with service agreements. Monitor system and product reliability, reporting on performance metrics. Enhance efficiency through automation and template utilization. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies. Provide training and communication to associates and clients about upgrades and new products. Assist client applications with problem determination and resolution. What You Will Need: 12+ years of mainframe networking experience and overall mainframe systems experience preferred. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required. Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively. Experience in leading and managing system programming projects. Proficient communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external clients. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, multitask, and thrive under pressure. In addition, eligible candidates may participate in annual bonus plans and have opportunities for equity grants.
