Position Overview As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of Salesforce projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including sales, success and support ops leaders and analysts. Your expertise in Salesforce development, configuration, customization, integration, and best practices will be critical in ensuring the success of our Salesforce initiatives. You will also mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Responsibilities Lead Salesforce project development from requirements to deployment, utilizing Salesforce and related tools. Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, etc. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Customize and configure Salesforce to meet complex business needs. Perform data migrations and integrations using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools. Architect solutions following security, scalability, and maintainability best practices. Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations. Stay updated with Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends. Collaborate with QA to ensure thorough testing and defect resolution. Evaluate and implement new tools, technologies, and processes. Maintain documentation on architecture, design, and processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Salesforce Platform Developer certification required; additional certifications are a plus. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and related technologies. Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, APIs, and data migration. Experience with version control and CI/CD processes. Strong problem-solving skills and troubleshooting abilities. Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Leadership skills with mentoring experience. Proven track record of delivering solutions on time and scope.
