You will oversee nursing services in our hospital and outpatient settings, ensuring care is delivered with excellence, efficiency, and a deep respect for each patient's experience. This role is pivotal in shaping our nursing culture, mentoring our dedicated staff, and driving continuous improvement across programs.Key Responsibilities:Lead, inspire, and manage a team of nursing professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered careOversee compliance, budgeting, staffing, and clinical outcomes to support strategic and operational goalsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to provide integrated and holistic careChampion staff development, career growth, and succession planning within the nursing departmentServe as a trusted advisor in resolving complex patient and family concerns with empathy and professionalismWhat You Bring:A commitment to Centerstone's values of integrity, respect, compassion, and excellenceStrong leadership skills with experience in both inpatient and outpatient care environmentsAbility to manage complex operations and guide large, diverse teamsKnowledge of regulatory standards and quality improvement practicesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a collaborative spiritQUALIFICATIONS EducationBachelor's Degree in Nursing required.EXPERIENCE:Minimum of five years relevant clinical experience required, including at least three years of management experienceSix months' psychiatric experience is required.Experience working with addictions preferred. APRN acceptable.Certification/LicensureLicensure as a Registered Nurse required.
