Job Title: SART Data Entry Analyst
Reports to: SART Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

The SART Data specialist performs entry-level duties with a focus on performing data entry across a range of patient-related topics.
Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Prepares initial data for SART & NASS on all patient and cycle information. Reports to SART & NASS online any patient cycles. Performs data entry via the SART & NASS website. Reports online as patient cycle progresses. Consults with nursing staff about test results for necessary documentation. Maintains excel file of cycle progression. Communicates with patients about pregnancy results and documents them to be reported to the offices, and SART & NASS. Finalizes all reports to SART & NASS after all births for previous year are completed. Assists the embryology laboratory with any additional tasks.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); experience with data entry a plus.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Knowledge, Skills and Other Abilities: Demonstrates necessary computer skills. Ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and with a team. Excellent customer service skills when speaking to patients. Computer literacy
