for a boutique senior living community with 31 beds, including Assisted Living and Memory Care. This role involves overseeing daily clinical operations, leading and developing the nursing team, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining high-quality resident care, and collaborating across departments to promote resident health and wellness. Salary and Benefits
Base Salary: $110,000 Benefits: available after 90 days (health, dental, vision) Vacation: 2 weeks, accrued from day one Additional perks Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership for nursing staff to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care. Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate nursing staff; foster a positive team environment. Develop and implement policies to meet regulatory standards (CMS, DOH, OSHA). Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. Assess residents regularly to determine care needs and update care plans. Maintain accurate documentation in line with clinical protocols. Collaborate with healthcare providers for integrated resident care. Manage infection control and quality assurance initiatives. Oversee budgets, supplies, and staffing schedules. Educate staff and residents on health and wellness topics. Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) with active license in [State]. Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Masters preferred. 3-5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience, preferably in senior living or long-term care. Strong understanding of geriatric nursing and best practices. Proven leadership, mentoring, and motivation skills. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
