Network Project Manager
The Judge Group is currently seeking a Network Project Manager to support a State Department project in Washington, DC. This position offers a hybrid schedule with two days per week onsite. Responsibilities: Coordinate planning and delivery of IT projects across COTS tools and custom-built applications Develop and maintain documentation including: Project charters Business and technical requirements Communication strategies Test plans and scripts Support configuration and updates to the ENM master portfolio database Collaborate with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams Ensure project alignment with Federal sector best practices and compliance standards Minimum Qualifications: Active Secret Security Clearance Hands-on experience with network infrastructure hardware, software, and monitoring tools Proven track record supporting or leading Federal sector IT projects Exceptional writing, communication, and organizational skills Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities Demonstrated capacity for sound judgment and innovative thinking Team-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn and grow Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with the U.S. State Department and Managing State Projects (MSP) methodology Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Background in network design, engineering, or cybersecurity Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Experience with Cloud platforms in the Federal sector (e.g., Google Workspace, AWS) Proficiency with MS Project or equivalent scheduling tools ITIL certification Experience with Agile development and implementation
