Job Description About the Role As a Visual Merchandiser Manager, you contribute to an inspiring, elevated, & consistent customer experience by implementing visual standards and commercial excellence. You will work with your store team to use your trend awareness to ensure visual and commercial curation aligns with guidelines to actively drive sales. You lead, coach, and develop a strong Visual Merchandiser team through upskilling, securing a sustainable talent pipeline within your store.

A Day in the Life Working at H&M means no two days are the same, but typical responsibilities include: Contributing to the OMNI customer experience by following visual and commercial guidelines. Representing the H&M Brand positively during customer interactions. Setting, implementing, and following up on store visual & commercial goals with the store and area teams. Leading your VM team to plan and prioritize workload according to the activation plan and business needs. Launching global campaigns and sales activities on time according to standards. Ensuring garment care, stock levels, and input on allocation. Following up on sales KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement. Creating actions to increase customer satisfaction and reach sales targets. Following procedures and best practices in all areas of the store. Fashion & Trend Awareness Staying updated with fashion trends, styles, products, and competitors. Coaching your team to plan time for trend awareness, mood boards, and styling techniques. Team & Development Leading, inspiring, and educating your store team about seasonal changes and visual & commercial information. Coaching and developing skills for high-quality product and presentation. Supporting routines and best practices for visual and commercial standards. Managing recruitment, onboarding, performance, and talent development. Planning for future talent needs and organizing training sessions. Visual & Commercial Execution Managing visual, commercial, and styling in-store based on calendar and trends. Ensuring sample picking routines and trend stories align with guidelines. Securing window and styling execution for an inspiring customer experience. Maintaining store layout, fixtures, and price signs following guidelines. Collaborating with Facilities Management on lighting and display forms. Maintaining interior materials sustainably. Keeping store navigation and layout updated. Ensuring stock levels for sales and activities. Keeping the store clean, organized, and safe. Qualifications Fashion-interested, curious, and creative with a proactive attitude. Experience as a Visual Merchandiser in-store. Leadership skills in coaching and talent development. Solution-oriented with knowledge of retail management and best practices. Additional Information Compensation: $21.87 - $24.60 hourly. This is a non-exempt, hourly role. The posting may be updated, and pay may vary based on qualifications and location.
