Expertise And Functions Deploy, configure, and support customer laptop and desktop computer systems, software applications, IT support equipment, VoIP and telephony (mobile phone) products Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting support for customer equipment and fix issues as required, especially during Test/event periods Provide technical support for enterprise networking and infrastructure projects Maintain and provide 100% uptime network support, including cabling (Fiber and Copper) support as required Provide COMSEC support to deployed COMSEC equipment and function as the local COMSEC Hand-Receipt Holder, re-key equipment and general COMSEC support Document all work Perform as the Trusted Agent for the site Other duties as assigned Requirements Qualifications Education/Training: Associates Degree in relevant discipline preferred Current DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II Certification (CompTIA Security+ CE Certification or higher) required Experience: 2+ years of direct experience in providing IT solutions required Experience working in a customer-facing support role preferred Security: Must be a US citizen Active DoD issued Secret Security Clearance required Benefits Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Short Term & Long Term Disability Training & Development Wellness Resources Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 Salary rates for this position are competitive and commensurate with experience and industry standards.
