Senior Cybersecurity Research Engineer

to enhance our VPN Proxy product. The engineer will analyze mobile software to identify threats and conduct software analysis to detect potential device compromises. This position allows remote work from the following states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington. Georgia residents are encouraged to join us a few days per week at our Peachtree Corners office. Please note, Digital Envoy is not sponsoring visas for this role at this time. What You'll Do

Write scalable code and conduct intelligence analysis to identify threats. Research emerging threats and trends related to information technology and policies. Utilize and develop REST APIs following best practices for scalability. Set standards for development and coding practices. Provide subject matter expertise to support operational activities. Minimum Requirements

At least 5 years of development experience in Python 3, Perl, C, or other languages Minimum 2 years of experience in security auditing and secure coding Proficiency in Linux, security engineering, network security, and IP protocols Experience analyzing malicious binaries (static and dynamic analysis) Some knowledge of Smali Experience with security data analysis and noSQL databases Familiarity with debugging tools like IDA Pro or OllyDbg AWS and SQL knowledge is a plus Additional Details
